Garden Route

This tour takes guests through the diverse landscape of South Africa for a chance to experience our rich culture, fauna and flora.

The marvellous scenery of the Garden Route is one of the most popular destinations in South Africa. From visits to Monkeyland and the Birds of Eden; to the Elephant Sanctuary and the Tsitsikamma Forest, the Garden Route is a non-negotiable must see for families, kids and all nature lovers.

Four Days / Three nights

GARDEN ROUTE: 4 x Days/ 3 x Nights

Day 1:

Travel through the scenic mountains of the Little Karoo with its changing scenery from lush farmland to semi-desert areas, making this a day full of surprises before arriving among warm welcomes at our B&B venue.
Overnight in Oudtshoorn
DAY 2:

Awake to the freshness of the Karoo. After a hearty breakfast we visit the world famous Cango Caves, for a fascinating guided tour.
We then set off to the Crocodile and Cheetah Farm to see these pre-historic creatures and cats.
Even more fascinating is the ostrich farm where to stop for a lunch break and tour.
The afternoon brings us over the mountains through George and the Wilderness en route to Knysna

DAY 3:

After breakfast we depart for a private Game Reserve where we join an exhilarating game drive for an excellent chance of experiencing close encounters with rhinoceros, lion, buffalo, giraffe, black impala etc, before ending the day with an afternoon at leisure.

DAY 4:

We depart for the small southern Cape harbour town of Mossel Bay for a visit to the Dias Museum, built on the site where the Portuguese explorers first met the indigenous Khoi in 1488.
After a short lunch break we leave for Cape Town via the farmlands and rolling hills of the Overberg Region.
